All Victoria Anna Jewelry is handcrafted in a meticulous manner from the finest materials, to the highest standards of quality. We offer a 1 year warranty on the craftsmanship of all jewelry, which covers workmanship defects 1 year from the date you received it. In the extremely rare case that there seems to be a defect with any piece, please contact Victoria Anna Jewelry directly. This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, abuse, loss of stones, and theft. If after the 1 year warranty expires your jewelry becomes damaged through wear & tear, negligence, repairs can be done for a fee.
For situations not related to manufacturing defects, we strongly recommend you purchase your own insurance. Jewelry can be insured as a rider on your homeowner's or renter's policy, or by separate companies like Jeweler's Mutual. Jewelry insurance policy's can protect against loss, theft, and could possibly cover damage due to wear.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through FedEx, signature is required on all shipments. Shipment on all in stock items placed before 5:30pm will be shipped that same day. If items are not in stock a customer representative will contact you with an approximate shipping date. Most out of stock orders typically will ship out in 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take 3-5 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Victoria Anna Jewelry is not able to take returns on any item. We have a very limited stock all orders are custom made at the time of purchase based on customers selections. If you have purchased our items from a outside retailer and would like to make a return or an exchange, you must take the item to the retailer where it was originally purchased. Sizing
It is crucial you know the correct finger size before you place and order. Victoria Anna Jewelry is not responsible for incorrect ring size ordering. A best way to see what size you are is to size a ring you already have with a ring sizer or go to the nearest jewelry store and ask to get your ring sized. Most of our rings can not be resized or will cost extra to resize, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
